Aladdin is a private limited company registered with the Registrar Of Companies Mumbai, having Head Office in Malad (Mumbai) & branch offices at Vashi (Navi Mumbai), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Delhi (Capital of India) & Chennai (Tamil Nadu) and in Bangalore (Karnataka). The company is divided in 2 divisions the multimedia division and the software division (www.aladdinindia.com). Initial workforce of the company comprised of its 4 directors each taking care of Marketing, Channel Sales, Administration and Finance respectively. Today the company has a workforce of over 30 Genie's in all its offices combined taking care of sales, marketing and account activities. Aladdin Multimedia Pvt. Ltd had a turnover of 3 Crores (INR) for the financial year 2003-04.

Sales
The Aladdin sales organization is designed to meet the ever changing needs of the market and has been structured to ensure an efficient, single contact approach for most customers. Our sales teams are organized across specific market sectors and you will find your sales contact knowledgeable, helpful & informative about all the products we distribute and support. We believe that by minimizing the number of contacts our customers need to have within Aladdin, we can continue to develop already excellent trading relationships and understand your particular requirements.

Owing to the 2 different nature of our product range, accounts are allocated to the team whose expertise best suits the core business of the customer. As the market needs change additional teams are planned, although at present we have the following teams dedicated to the appropriate market sector:

Sales Team
This team has more than 8 Genie's spread all over our branches. They are the first contact with the customer and give solutions & products depending on the needs. Presently this team is under expansion and you will see a few more genies doing magic all over the place soon.

Technical Sales & Support Team
The 4 member team is used to make technical presentations, demonstrations & after sales support to our corporate & SOHO customers. There services are also available to our resellers & retailers. The team is well connected with each other and all offices via Internet, fax & mobiles and presently provides technical support 24 x 365 days to our customers in Mumbai.
These services are also available all India thru the support team who do extensively traveling all India and support major customers like Canara Bank, BPL, Bank of India and so on.

We believe that our customer service is second to none and we constantly aim to evolve to meet the changing needs of our customers and suppliers. In the unlikely event of product failure, incompatibility or discrepancies, please contact our Support Genie's with the exact problem and they will arrange a replacement product. We will do our best to resolve any problems within 48 hours and our goal is to provide outstanding quality, value & service to all our customers.

Quick Trade Team
New enquiries, immediate orders and solutions. This team operates generally thru telephone and calls our customers on a regular basis to collect orders and to inform about new product arrivals and pricing. Daily emails of fast moving products along with their prices are a part of this team. The Genies in this team work closely with the Sales genies and provide them on field support.

Logistics Team
Our warehouse in Vashi and Malad are well equipped to adapt the changing needs of the dynamic computer industry. Next day delivery for orders is provided by our 5 specialists Genie's all over Mumbai & Pune. We also have tie up with few leading courier services for faster deliveries all over India from our nearest branch offices. We are geared up for the rapid delivery of goods to our customers whatever their individual needs be. The team is well equipped with high quality packing material and also has an in-house Shrink-wrapping facility.

Media
Advertising & Promotion
Our advertisements are appearing on a regular basis in leading computer weekly/ monthly magazines and Aladdin has hired a PR agency to promote the product thru the media more aggressively. Plans are to make special racks & stand for in store promotions and more product promotions thru the stores are in the plans for the future.
